The Benazir Income Support Program has shared important news. The Director General of BISP Re-Survey, Naveed Akbar, said that people who get payments to the 8171 program and were checked before 2021 must go for a news check at the BISP Tehsil office. If they don’t do this, they will not be able to stay in the program.

Last Date for Re-Survey-September 30, 2024:

The last date to finish the re-survey is September 30, 2024. After this day, BISP will stop including new people in the program. Only those who completed their survey in the past two years will keep getting payments.

DGG Naveed Akbar addressed those receiving assistance in an online session in a recent video. He clarified that even if payments were made between April and June of 2024, they would stop for everyone who hasn’t completed the re-survey by that date. DG Naveed Akbar assured them that they would receive payments in September. However, those who haven’t re-surveyed will need to do so to receive payments from September to December 2024.

Here are the easy steps to finish the BISP re-survey:

1. Go to the BISP Tehsil Center in your area.
2. Visit the BISP Dynamic Registration Desk.
3. Show your children’s B-Form and your CNIC card.
4. The staff will give you a token for the new or updated survey.
5. Use the token to finish your registration with the help of a data entry operator, who will ask for your personal and financial information.
6. Do thumb verification after completing the form.
7. You will get a confirmation message from 8171.
8. Qualified families will receive an email about their status after verification.

Check Your Eligibility Through the 8171 Web Portal:

After finishing the survey, you can see if you are eligible online by following these steps:

1. Go to https://8171.bisp.gov.pk/ to open the Ehsaas 8171 Web portal.
2. Type in your CNIC number and the code shown. 
3. Click on “Check Eligibility.” 
4. Your eligibility will appear on the next page.
