Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has introduced the “Dhee Rani Program’’ a special initiative designed to help underprivileged couples start married life with dignity. This program, organized by the Social Welfare Department, will host mass marriage ceremonies covering essential wedding costs for deserving brides and grooms. The first grand ceremony is set for November 30, 2024.3,000 couples will be wed with the Chief Minister in attendance.

• Residency: A Punjabi resident with a domicile certificate issued by NADRA. 
• Marital Status: Only unmarried women between 18 and 40 can apply. Those already married are ineligible.

• Application Submission: The bride, her parents, or her legal guardians may apply.
